Requesting a taxi ride
Submitting the form sends a request for a taxi transfer. The “Request sent” message and booking reference acknowledge receipt; they are not confirmation that a driver has accepted the journey. We reply by email about availability and confirmation. Do not treat the ride as confirmed until you receive an email confirming it.
Your ride details
Please provide accurate contact details, pickup and destination information, dates, times and passenger count. Sedans accommodate up to 4 passengers, minivans up to 7 and minibuses up to 14. The vehicle suggestion on the form does not guarantee availability.
If we cannot provide the ride
We may be unable to accept a request. If your request is rejected, we notify you at the email address you supplied. Please check your inbox and spam folder.
Changes and cancellations
If you need to change or cancel a request, email us with your booking reference as soon as possible. Changes depend on availability and require an email response. Any conditions applicable to a confirmed journey should be made clear before you agree to them. This page does not introduce a cancellation or no-show charge.
Payments and rights
The booking form does not take payment. Nothing on this page limits your rights under applicable Cyprus or EU law.
