Information we collect
When you request a ride, we collect your name, phone number and email, pickup and destination details, any exact addresses you enter, travel dates and times, return-trip details if requested, and passenger count. We also create a booking reference and record the request status and any driver or vehicle assignment. The website does not collect payment-card details.
Why we use it
We use your information to assess and respond to your request, arrange a ride where available, and manage the booking. This is processing necessary to take steps at your request before entering a contract and, if confirmed, to perform that contract. Your email is used for booking correspondence, including a notice if we cannot provide the ride. Booking information is not collected for advertising mailing lists.
Where applicable, we may also need records to meet legal obligations or address a specific dispute. Security-related processing is used to protect the website and booking service.
Who receives information
Authorised company staff can access booking requests in the private management area. Relevant ride details may be used by the driver assigned to your journey. Lovable Cloud provides hosting and booking storage, and Lovable’s managed email service sends booking notifications. Owner notifications containing booking and contact details are delivered to the company’s Gmail inbox, provided by Google.
These services may process information outside the European Economic Area. Applicable provider arrangements and any required international-transfer safeguards need to be considered; you can contact us for information about the arrangements applicable to your request.
Address search and fonts
As you type a pickup or destination place, the search text is sent to the Photon address-search service operated by Komoot. Your browser also connects to that service, which can receive connection information such as your IP address. You can enter an address manually without selecting a search result. Avoid putting sensitive information in address-search text; use the separate exact-address fields for building or door details.
The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives a browser request and connection information when the fonts are fetched.
Cookies and browser storage
The website uses hosting and security cookies. Signing in to the company area uses browser storage to maintain your session. Public booking-form entries are held in the current page rather than saved as a booking draft in browser storage. No advertising pixel has been added to the booking page. If optional advertising or analytics tracking is introduced, the relevant information and consent controls must be provided where required.
How long information is kept
Our aim is to keep personal information only as long as necessary to handle the request and any resulting journey. Records needed for a legal obligation or a specific dispute may require longer retention. A fixed operational deletion schedule has not yet been implemented; booking records and related emails are not currently deleted automatically. Contact us to request deletion or ask about the retention applicable to your record.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. These rights are subject to applicable exceptions, including legal record-keeping requirements. Email us with your request; we may need to verify your identity. You may complain to the Cyprus Commissioner for Personal Data Protection.
